Please use this form to send us your inquiries about contributing materials to the special collection - Let us know about personal papers, photographs, artifact or other materials that you would like us to review for possible inclusion in the Special Collection. The Archives use standard policies and guidelines about the type of materials to be processed, preserved and maintained in the Special Collection. The Society and the Archives will not accept materials without a deed of gift. Please see Collection Development Policy for further information. All donated and accepted materials are intended for use by the Society, its collaborating organizations and sponsors, researchers and the general public. We are also interested in items that you may want to keep personally but are willing to image or photograph and add to our digital collection of materials.
